Do you deliver parrots across the UK?
Yes, we offer safe, nationwide delivery to England, Scotland, and Wales. We use DEFRA-approved specialist avian couriers who ensure your parrot travels in a climate-controlled, stress-free environment. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days depending on your location.
Are your parrots hand-reared and tame?
Absolutely. All our birds at Royal Parrot UK are hand-reared from a very young age. This ensures they are used to human touch, are socially confident, and are ready to bond with their new owners immediately. We do not sell wild-caught or untamed birds.
Do the parrots come with a health guarantee?
Yes. Every parrot leaves our aviary with a full Health Certificate from a specialised avian vet. We provide a comprehensive health guarantee that covers the bird for the first 30 days, giving you peace of mind that your new companion is healthy and virus-free.
What paperwork is provided with the bird?
We provide all legal documentation required by UK law. This includes the CITES Article 10 certificate (mandatory for Annex A species like African Greys), a hatching certificate, DNA sexing results, and a full medical history report.
Can I visit to see the parrots before buying?
Yes, viewing is encouraged! However, for the health and biosecurity of our flock, visits are by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a viewing. If you are too far away to visit, we can arrange a video call so you can meet your potential new companion virtually.
Do you offer support for new owners?
We pride ourselves on our aftercare. When you buy from Royal Parrot UK, you receive lifetime support. We are always just a phone call or email away to help with diet advice, training tips, or behavioral questions as your parrot grows.
